FAQ

What if I just need a quick logo?
At NeueStudio, we don’t believe branding is something that should be rushed. We’ve built a clear, strategic process that helps us land brands that actually work. Anyone - even AI - can throw together a logo. But crafting an identity that resonates and lasts takes strategic thought, iteration and a fair amount of wrestling. We believe in building strong brands not temporary bandaids.

How do you approach brand strategy?
Brand strategy is a key part of how we work. It’s where we get clear on your goals, your audience, and how you want to come across. We help you define the value you bring and the story you want to tell. In our experience, the better we invest in strategy, the stronger and more useful the brand becomes. That’s why we’ve built a clear process for digging into your business and shaping a brand that actually fits.

Do you offer ongoing design support after a rebrand?
Absolutely. We love building long-term relationships with our clients. Once we’ve worked on your brand, we’re already across your strategy, your style, and what you’re trying to say. So when you need new design assets, we’re ready to go. Ideally, we’re in it for the long haul—supporting your business as it grows and changes over time.

What kind of investment should I expect to make?
Design projects can vary a lot in scope. A startup might just need the bare bones to get going, while an established business could have hundreds of touchpoints that need updating. That’s why we don’t offer set packages. Most of our branding projects fall somewhere between $3k and $50k. We have a $3k minimum for new clients, and for early-stage startups, we’re open to equity-based agreements where it makes sense.

What’s the first step if I want to work with you?
Start by filling out the contact form on this page. From there, we’ll be in touch to book a 30-minute Google Meet to say hello, hear more about what you’re after, and see if we’re a good fit. If it makes sense to move forward, we’ll put a plan in place from there. And if you’ve got any questions in the meantime, feel free to reach out.
